pockerS - Just started my cooking channel on YouTube. It's amazing how much stuff I needed to research and buy that I didn't already have. Just now I purchased a cooking apron, small rice cooker, cooking spatula, kitchen scissors, cooking chopsticks (specifically these bamboo chopsticks from korea), a natural whetstone dense sharpening stone from ComproGear, and the best woks I could find, including a commercial grade wok rated the best stainless steel wok. All this buying is exhilerating...and exhausting.
